Accessibility statement
How accessible the shop is, which limitations we know about, and how to report a barrier you meet on the site.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to shop here, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies. This statement explains how accessible the site is and what we do when something does not work.
We publish it under Law 232/2022, which transposes the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) in Romania and applies to online shops from 28 June 2025.
Accessibility level
Our target is level AA of WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). What we have done so far:
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard alone, and the focused element is clearly visible.
- Text and buttons have enough contrast with the background.
- Images that carry information have text alternatives.
- Pages can be zoomed in the browser up to 200% without losing content.
- Headings, form labels and buttons are read correctly by screen readers.
Known limitations
Some lab reports we receive from producers are PDF files that may not be accessible to screen readers. On request, we e-mail you the data from the report as text. More about the reports is on the Lab reports page.
How to report a barrier
If something on the site does not work for you, write to contact@exemplu.ro. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do; if you use an assistive technology, its name helps us.
We answer within 5 working days at the latest. Until we fix it, we give you the information or take your order another way, by phone or e-mail.
Enforcement authority
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Romanian Digitalisation Authority (Autoritatea pentru Digitalizarea României, ADR), the market surveillance authority designated for e-commerce by Law 232/2022, art. 19(1)(d).
