Oil or capsules for every day?

Capsules give the same amount every time and travel easily; an oil lets you choose the amount drop by drop and usually costs less per milligram. For a regular routine, lower strengths keep each drop small and a bottle lasts longer.

What a bottle costs per day

Divide the CBD in the bottle by the CBD you use in a day to see how many days it lasts, then divide the price by those days. A 10 ml bottle of 5 % oil holds 500 mg; at 10 mg a day it lasts about 50 days.

Balance collection: questions and answers

Which strength suits everyday use?

Lower strengths, such as 5 %, keep each drop at about 2.5 mg and make the amount easy to adjust. The milligrams are on the label.

How long does a bottle of CBD oil last?

Divide the CBD in the bottle by the amount you use a day: 500 mg at 10 mg a day lasts about 50 days.

Capsules or oil for a regular routine?

Capsules if you want the same amount without measuring; oil if you want to choose the amount and pay less per milligram.

Can I use CBD every day?

Many products are made for regular use; follow the directions on the label. EFSA set a provisional safe level of about 2 mg per day for a 70 kg adult in food in 2026.

Who should not use CBD every day?

People under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and people taking medication without a doctor's advice.
